He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue that I am having with one of my eyes. I was extremely hesitant to see a new doctor after seeing Dr. Kaplan for so many years, but I can honestly say that I am so happy and so satisfied with the service that Dr. Wright provided. The only thing that was a little off putting was the way the staff treated him, not sure what the practice is going through internally, but some of the comments and the attitude towards him were a little disrespectful. I don’t think patients or customers Should witness this behavior in the service industry. It could also just be me being over observant, but I do hope that he is happy in this practice and he decides to stay.
